2. Access & Eligibility
Public catalogue browsing and anonymous shortlisting are available without an account. Exact inventory facts and account-based history require email verification and Admin approval; access may be limited where a record or campaign requires it.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including the "Quiet Luxury" design system, cinematic assets, and proprietary network insights, is the intellectual property of ADSINI SDN BHD (202401023742). Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
4. Campaign Proposals & Booking
Inquiries and WhatsApp handoffs do not constitute a binding contract. A booking exists only after both parties accept the applicable written proposal or agreement. All inventory availability is subject to campaign-date confirmation.
5. Limitation of Liability
AdSini uses reasonable operational and technical controls but cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform access or campaign outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, AdSini is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
