1. Acceptance and operator
These terms govern use of adsini.my and related AdSini website and platform features operated by ADSINI SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202401023742 (1569591-X)). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you use AdSini for a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
2. What AdSini provides
AdSini provides a public-safe advertising media catalogue, campaign-planning information, account features and a channel to request availability, proposals and related services. Public catalogue information is for planning and discovery. AdSini is not representing that every listed placement is continuously available, reserved or bookable at the time you view it.
3. Enquiries are not bookings
A shortlist, enquiry, WhatsApp message, account action, request for rates or proposal request does not by itself create a media booking, purchase, reservation or binding campaign commitment. A campaign becomes binding only when the applicable written proposal, order, insertion order, booking confirmation, contract or equivalent commercial document has been accepted in the manner stated in that document.
4. Accounts and access
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance or breach of these terms.
- Provide accurate, current information.
- Keep credentials secure and do not share restricted access improperly.
- Use only the role and permissions assigned to you.
- Notify AdSini if you reasonably suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
5. Inventory, specifications and availability
Media descriptions, dimensions, formats, location context, maps, audience evidence and other catalogue information may originate from media owners, operators, public sources or reviewed internal records. AdSini seeks to maintain accurate public-safe information, but campaign-specific facts, current availability, operating status and final specifications must be confirmed in the proposal or booking documentation.
6. Rates and commercial terms
Public pages do not constitute a standing price offer. Current rates, taxes, production charges, installation, content, rotation, share-of-voice, campaign dates, payment terms and other commercial conditions are confirmed in the applicable proposal or agreement. A later accepted commercial document prevails over general website information where they differ.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, scraping that materially disrupts the service, security testing without permission, malware distribution or interference with platform operations.
- Do not misuse catalogue information to impersonate AdSini, misrepresent availability or rates, or create misleading advertising claims.
- Do not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, confidential or malicious material.
8. Intellectual property
The AdSini brand, website design, software, editorial content, database structure and AdSini-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Media-owner photographs, trademarks and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorised, you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit protected materials beyond normal use of the service.
9. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, mapping, authentication, cloud or analytics providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. AdSini is not responsible for an external service solely because it is linked or integrated.
10. No guaranteed campaign outcome
Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside AdSini's control. Unless expressly stated in a signed commercial document, audience, traffic, dwell, impression, reach, conversion, recall or performance figures are not guarantees of campaign results.
11. Liability and non-excludable rights
To the extent permitted by law, AdSini is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website or reliance on unconfirmed catalogue information. Campaign-specific liability, remedies and limitations are governed by the applicable accepted proposal or agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with AdSini's Personal Data Protection Notice and Cookie & Analytics Policy. Additional processing terms may apply to a specific commercial relationship.
13. Changes and service availability
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue website features and may update these terms. The current version is published with its last-updated date. We will use reasonable measures to avoid misleading users about material changes to active commercial commitments.
14. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Subject to any mandatory law or dispute process that applies, disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. A signed campaign or supplier agreement may contain a more specific dispute clause, which will prevail for that agreement.
