1. Scope and precedence
These terms apply when a media owner, venue operator, supplier or authorised representative provides inventory, business information or services to AdSini, unless a separate signed supplier, representation, media-owner or campaign agreement applies. A signed agreement prevails where it differs.
2. Authority and accurate submissions
You confirm that you are authorised to provide the submitted information and to discuss the relevant media or services. Information supplied to AdSini must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and kept reasonably current, including ownership/authority, location, format, dimensions, operating status, availability and restrictions.
3. Rights to images, marks and materials
You must have the rights or permissions needed to provide photographs, logos, specifications, maps, sales materials and other content to AdSini for the agreed business purpose. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant AdSini a non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, review, adapt for formatting and display approved public-safe materials for catalogue, proposal and campaign-planning purposes.
4. Public-safe publication and moderation
AdSini may edit, redact, withhold, correct, categorise or decline supplied information to protect confidential data, comply with law, maintain catalogue quality or enforce evidence standards. Submission does not guarantee public publication or a particular ranking, presentation or indexation status.
5. Rates, availability and confidential information
Non-public rates, owner commercial terms and restricted operational information will be handled according to the agreed workflow and confidentiality obligations. You should promptly notify AdSini of material changes in availability, ownership, restrictions or pricing that affect an active proposal or confirmed campaign.
6. Leads and no guaranteed business volume
Listing, onboarding or supplying media information does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, revenue, exclusivity or minimum volume unless a signed agreement expressly provides otherwise.
7. Campaign fulfilment
For confirmed campaigns, the media owner or supplier must perform the obligations allocated to it in the relevant booking, supplier agreement or campaign documentation, including access, display, maintenance, proof-of-play, installation, reporting or other stated deliverables where applicable.
8. Legal and operational compliance
You remain responsible for permits, licences, site/operator authority, safety obligations, statutory compliance and other requirements allocated to you by law or the signed commercial arrangement. You must not knowingly provide AdSini with unlawful, misleading or infringing materials.
9. Personal data
Business contact information and authorised representative details are processed in accordance with AdSini's Personal Data Protection Notice. You should only provide personal data that you are authorised to share for the relevant business purpose.
10. Takedown and corrections
If you identify materially inaccurate, unauthorised or outdated public information relating to media you control, contact AdSini promptly. AdSini may temporarily remove or amend content while verifying the request.
11. Payments and commercial arrangements
Commission, revenue share, supplier payment, invoicing, taxes and settlement timing are governed only by the applicable signed agreement, purchase order, campaign document or invoice. No public webpage creates an entitlement to payment.
12. Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public commercial, technical and customer information received in confidence and use it only for the relevant business purpose, subject to any more specific signed confidentiality terms and legal disclosure obligations.
13. Suspension, removal and termination
AdSini may suspend or remove submissions or access where reasonably necessary because of disputed authority, material inaccuracy, security concerns, legal requirements, non-performance or breach. Contract termination rights for active campaigns or supplier arrangements are governed by the relevant signed documents.
14. Governing law
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these general media-owner terms are governed by Malaysian law. Nothing here overrides mandatory legal rights or obligations.
